More than 23 year experience in the industry
Frank constructions founded in 1998, is famous for the ability to achieve the finest quality in all aspects of
construction work with specialized architectural finishes. It is fully grown around one person, Mr. Francis (AKA Frank)
a civil engineer who has got more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
Starting his career as a site engineer
in 1983 at the project of Trans Asia hotel (nowadays known as Cinnamon Lakeside), then moved to Wah hup International
as a survey engineer and worked in Bank of Ceylon head office, Gamudhawa Hingurakgoda and Sugathadasa Stadium running
track projects. Then he become a project manager at United Tractors Engineering (UTE) and has worked in Kalpitiya Naval
base project and Kandy hospital sewerage system project. After that he became a project engineer in Saman Villa luxury
boutique hotel project.
Currently the company has grown with a staff consists of civil engineers, quantity surveyors,
engineering assistants and site foremen. Frank Constructions is famous for building hotels, villas, residences and
commercial buildings.
